NOTICE TO AGENTS CURRENTLY ENTERING REGISTRATIONS ON-LINE

Our registration program calculates miles between origin and destination cities. If you enter an origin or destination city which the program doesn't recognize, a screen like the one below will appear. You will also see this screen for a city that is located in more than one county, in which case you will need to select the correct county.

In the first example below, "Tampi" was entered instead of "Tampa." To select "Tampa," you would type "18" to the right of the word "SELECT:" at the top of the screen. In the second example, "Brooklyn," a valid city was entered. It occupies two counties. You would type "21" or "22," depending on which county you want.

If you do not see the city you want, press "ENTER" and you will be returned to the registration screen. You will then need to change the city name to a city the program recognizes or the program will not accept the registration. You may have misspelled the city or abbreviated it incorrectly. There are a few abbreviations which you will have no way of knowing. For example, program abbreviates Camp Pendleton, CA., as

"MCB Camp Pendleton." In such cases, you will need to call our Operations Department. _____________________________________________________________________________________
